What is your MOQ?

Our minimum order value starts from $5,000 USD per order. We prioritize businesses and established brands. Mixed orders combining different product categories are accepted within this threshold.

Can I buy mixed products?

Absolutely. Our mixed container service lets you combine products from multiple suppliers into one consolidated shipment, saving significantly on logistics while meeting your MOQ requirements.

Do you charge sourcing fees?

Our service fee starts from 1% of the total order value, covering sourcing, price negotiation and order management. Quality inspection, warehousing, and shipping are separately priced and always transparent.

Can you inspect my products?

Yes. Our on-site QC team performs factory inspections before shipment. You receive a full report with photos and videos documenting product condition, packaging, quantities and any issues found.

Can you ship to Amazon FBA?

Yes! We provide full Amazon FBA prep services including labeling, packaging compliance, and direct-to-FBA shipping. Our team is experienced with Amazon's requirements for US, UK, EU and other marketplaces.

How long does sourcing take?

Standard sourcing takes 3–7 business days. Sample production is 7–15 days. Bulk production typically 20–45 days. Shipping adds 15–45 days depending on destination and method chosen.

Can you customize products?

Yes! We offer full OEM and ODM services. OEM adds your branding to existing products; ODM develops entirely new products. We manage sampling, design approvals and mass production coordination.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. Flexible terms for long-term clients.
